You can look at my Featured Listings, and even see every property that is available on the Shore by searching the MLS page on this site. I will try to answer any additional questions you may have. Don't worry if it's listed by another company or agent, I will represent you and can show you all the properties no matter who is selling them. But be warned, waterfront property is becoming increasingly expensive and moves quickly. What's here today may not be here tomorrow.
The best place to reach me by phone is at my home, where my desk looks out on the Chesapeake Bay. While I'm often out showing property, it's usually good to call 757-442-3199 (888-771-0771) between 9 AM and noon EST, which is when I am often responding to emails. If I am not home, you can leave a message on my answering machine and I will get back to you. But don't worry. I'm not the kind of agent that nags and pesters you.
My cell phone is 757-442-1010 , but there are areas here where cell phones don't work, and my house is one of them. And I don't even have to pay extra  for this benefit!
During the summer, don't even think of trying to reach me during 5 and 6 PM, because I will be swimming. But I do check as soon as I return.
