I like to keep it simple. It's free and I don't ask you to fill out any forms. And if you see a property that interests you, I can find out answers to whatever questions you may have, regardless of what company has the listing.
As we all know by now, the Great Recession presents great opportunity. Recently, several national housing economists stated that "the window is closing" on home purchases, meaning that the continuation of low interest rates, low housing prices and the backlog of unsold homes won't last much longer. I have no crystal ball, but there is increased activity lately here on the shore. Sometimes, buyers ask me to let them know if there are any steals. I treat all my clients equally and don't give any special preference on something so vague. But recently there are several properties which have lowered their prices to what I believe are substantially below their market value, even in this market. Here is one very good buy.
